About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑availability microservices in Java/Spring Boot for pricing and logistics workflows.
- Build and deploy Angular front‑ends, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
- Manage OpenShift clusters on AWS, automate CI/CD pipelines, and enforce security best practices.
- Engineer PostgreSQL schemas, optimize queries, and implement data pipelines using Python and Dataiku.
- Implement observability with Splunk and Grafana, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with OpenShift, AWS, PostgreSQL, and data‑science tools like Dataiku.
- Strong knowledge of observability tools (Splunk, Grafana) and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
