Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wireless site surveys to assess coverage, capacity, and interference for enterprise environments.
- Design and implement RF plans using industry‑standard tools, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific network requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of wireless issues, providing actionable recommendations.
- Document survey findings, design specifications, and implementation plans for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wireless network design, RF planning, and site surveying for enterprise deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Wi‑Fi standards (802.11ac/ax) and enterprise mobility solutions.
- Hands‑on proficiency with RF planning tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
