About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Tanium platform and modules to meet customer Operations, Risk, Compliance, Asset, and Security objectives.
- Provide hands‑on technical support during remote and on‑site engagements, diagnosing and resolving complex platform issues.
- Collaborate with Technical Support Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Automate routine tasks and improve deployment pipelines using Python, Node.js, and DevOps tools.
- Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and configuration guides for internal use and customer reference.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment and support, preferably in security or IT operations.
- Proficiency with Linux, SQL, and scripting in Python or Node.js.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.
