About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate RF front‑end architectures for high‑performance communication systems.
- Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms to optimize signal detection, classification, and parameter estimation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate RF and ML solutions into product roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous experiments, analyze results, and publish findings in technical reports and conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the research community.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field with focus on RF or Machine Learning.
- Proven experience in RF circuit design, simulation (e.g., ADS, HFSS), and measurement.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data‑driven model deployment and performance optimization is a plus.
