Job Description Summary

The Network Team is responsible for managing and optimizing the security access of the company’s on-Prem Network and SAAs Applications. As a Senior Engineer (L6-2), you will act as the architect for Japan’s Network Infrastructure, overseeing Zscaler, Netskope, and Firewall solutions. This role includes solutioning, deployment, operation, maintenance, and acting as a mentor for junior members.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Back-End Engineer for Network Security Infrastructure (Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

SASE Platform Management: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Zscaler, Netskope platforms; monitor performance and provide technical support.

Regional Face of Infrastructure: Act as the lead representative for Japan Network Infrastructure.

Security Policy Management: Implement and manage network and security policies, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Incident Response: Monitor and analyze security threats; lead the resolution of complex security incidents.

Mentorship: Act as a mentor for junior team members, guiding their technical development.

Audits & Compliance: Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits; conduct security audits and reports.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

10+ Years of total experience in IT infrastructure /Networking.
