Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage corporate office network infrastructure supporting Coupang’s global operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of network environments while collaborating closely with Security, IT Infrastructure, and End-User Technology teams. The position involves network deployment, operations support, performance optimization, and advanced troubleshooting to maintain a reliable and efficient network experience across all corporate locations.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support scalable and resilient network infrastructure for corporate offices Implement and manage enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions to ensure optimal user experience Manage and support WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and network interconnectivity for seamless connectivity Proactively monitor network health and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues Provide support for site-level network incidents and user-impacting issues Generate periodic operational and performance reports Manage incident, change, and capacity planning processes Support office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades Collaborate with Infrastructure, End-User Technology, and Unified Communications teams Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of site networks
