About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and frame the future‑state enterprise architecture for Order‑to‑Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable architecture artifacts.
- Perform impact analysis and system‑of‑record decisions to support application portfolio rationalization.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, and integration teams to define integration‑led architectures.
- Provide executive‑level recommendations and roadmap for technology adoption and process improvement.
Requirements
- Seasoned Enterprise Architect or Enterprise Data Architect with end‑to‑end architecture experience.
- Deep understanding of PSA and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
- Proven experience with Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, and integration‑led solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for impact analysis and portfolio rationalization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
