Enterprise Data & Analytics Consultant - Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3).
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to support clinical, financial, and operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on emerging analytics technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS data services.
• Strong Tableau development skills and experience with data visualization best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a healthcare or large enterprise environment is a plus.
