Solutions Architect
Leads strategic enterprise architecture, modernization, and governance for healthcare payer and provider systems, focusing on cloud migration, data platforms, integration strategy, and vendor application portfolio management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements in the healthcare domain.
- Lead cloud modernization initiatives, selecting platforms, designing migration pathways, and establishing governance for secure, scalable solutions.
- Architect data platforms and analytics pipelines, promoting data quality, interoperability, and real‑time insights across payer and provider operations.
- Develop and enforce integration strategies, overseeing APIs, middleware, and service‑oriented architectures to connect internal systems and external vendor applications.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to evaluate, prioritize, and manage the enterprise application portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within healthcare payer or provider environments.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modernizing legacy systems.
- Strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, and API management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications (TOGAF, AWS, etc.) are a plus.
