About the role

Key Responsibilities

Architect and oversee the migration to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring alignment with the 2025‑2029 Digital Health Vision.
Collaborate with clinical, research and IT stakeholders to define functional requirements, data models and integration points.
Design scalable, secure cloud‑based solutions on AWS, incorporating best practices for performance, compliance and disaster recovery.
Lead the development of enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards and governance frameworks for health IT initiatives.
Guide cross‑functional teams through agile delivery cycles, ensuring timely and high‑quality releases.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within the health or higher education sector.
Proven track record delivering large‑scale EMR implementations and digital transformation projects.
Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) and cloud security best practices.
Strong understanding of health data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
