Lead the design and governance of Epicor Kinetic ERP across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, shaping long‑term architecture and driving successful transformation initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Epicor Kinetic, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.
- Act as the architectural authority, reviewing and approving solution designs, integration patterns, and data models across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain domains.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant ERP solutions.
- Lead the governance of architecture artifacts, including architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
- Support the delivery of the ERP transformation programme, providing technical guidance, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect with deep knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Strong background in integration, data architecture, and business systems across manufacturing and finance.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive architectural change.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile delivery and change management in a complex, regulated environment.
