About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the existing customer engagement technology landscape and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Define and document future‑state architecture options for CCaaS, CRM, AI orchestration, data platforms, and integration services.
- Guide platform‑agnostic technology decision‑making and provide recommendations on vendor and solution selection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to align architecture with financial planning and operating model goals.
- Develop roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and governing enterprise‑scale architectures for customer engagement, preferably in AI‑driven environments.
- Deep knowledge of CCaaS, CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), data platforms, and integration patterns.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and operating model design for large‑scale technology programs.
- Ability to remain platform‑agnostic, evaluate multiple solutions objectively, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
