About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve end‑to‑end association management systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across cloud platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging API integration and microservices to connect disparate systems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments, driving continuous improvement and rapid delivery of new features.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, including roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process reengineering opportunities that enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on association or membership management systems.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and experience designing cloud‑native solutions.
- Strong knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering incremental value in a fast‑paced environment.
