About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design and implementation of IT Asset Management (HAM Pro, SAM Pro) and IT Service Management on ServiceNow.
- Architect solutions that align with CMDB and CSDM standards, ensuring data integrity and governance.
- Lead platform evolution, defining architecture roadmaps and integration strategies with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large‑scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and data modeling in ServiceNow.
