Enterprise Applications Engineer responsible for maintaining 99.9% uptime of Seeburger BIS, MFT, EDI, and API Gateway platforms, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange with trading partners using advanced monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain 99.9%+ uptime of the Seeburger Business Integration Suite, including MFT, EDI, and API Gateway components.
- Monitor platform health, proactively identify issues, and implement timely resolutions to meet SLA requirements.
- Configure, deploy, and optimize integration flows between internal systems and external trading partners.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement secure data exchange solutions.
- Document processes, create runbooks, and provide knowledge transfer to support staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Seeburger BIS, Managed File Transfer, and EDI/B2B integration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana).
- Knowledge of API Gateway concepts and secure data transmission best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
