About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize enterprise applications across the firm’s infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database scripts to improve data retrieval and reporting.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations between internal systems and third‑party services.
- Automate routine processes using scripting and workflow tools to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement proactive improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL query development and database administration.
- Strong background in API design, integration, and documentation.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services and Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with modern workflow and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath).
