Lead the design and integration of enterprise AI solutions, driving system architecture, performance optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration using Python, C++, Linux, GPU technologies, and machine‑learning frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI systems for data‑center and enterprise workloads, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and research teams to optimize GPU and accelerator utilization for machine‑learning models.
- Develop and maintain core software components in Python and C++ on Linux platforms, including drivers, libraries, and tooling.
- Lead performance analysis, profiling, and tuning efforts to meet stringent latency and throughput targets.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development for AI/ML workloads.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ programming on Linux environments.
- Deep understanding of GPU architecture, drivers, and acceleration frameworks (e.g., ROCm, CUDA).
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and performance optimization tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, communicate across disciplines, and mentor technical teams.
