Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions across mobile and web platforms, leveraging Python, TensorFlow, and AWS to deliver scalable, high‑performance applications that transform patient care.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define AI/ML strategy and architecture for mobile and web applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and AWS services.
- Implement scalable, containerized solutions with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery.
- Ensure model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement through robust DevOps practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
