About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate student enrollment, recruitment, and retention data from multiple campus systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Excel to track key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends, risk factors, and opportunities for improving student success.
- Prepare concise written and oral presentations for the Provost’s Office and Student Success teams, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design data‑driven strategies that support enrollment growth and retention goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within higher education or a comparable environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical modeling.
- Strong expertise with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel for visualization and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non‑technical audiences.
