Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, topographic mapping, and feasibility studies to support land development projects.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and GIS tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control to deliver on time and within scope.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Experience in land development or related civil engineering roles preferred.
