About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Build, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems to support production.
- Develop new equipment, tools, procedures, and inspection techniques that reduce production time while preserving quality.
- Organize and maintain tool and workspace areas, ensuring efficient workflow and safety.
- Assemble and troubleshoot test articles and associated test equipment, providing reliable data for process validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the development of manufacturing processes and tooling solutions.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
- Proficiency in assembling and testing equipment, with a focus on accuracy and safety.
