About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts for plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to set up tooling and fixtures.
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure parts meet tolerance requirements.
- Document production data, quality findings, and corrective actions in the shop floor system.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and operation.
