Engineering Technician (Focal) responsible for supporting the FMP Support Center with aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with FAA regulations, utilizing aviation engineering and systems expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for aircraft systems within the FMP Support Center.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of maintenance activities in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze failure modes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system status updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and safety.
Requirements
- Strong background in aviation engineering or aircraft maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex aircraft systems and interpreting technical documentation.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
