Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure services on AWS, leveraging Node.js and TypeScript.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and data teams to deliver user‑centric features.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with deep expertise in JavaScript, Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud‑native applications on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of React and modern front‑end tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring.
