About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering analysis projects for Boiling Water Reactor fuel, safety, and thermal‑hydraulic performance.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between installed base engineering, product line leaders, regulatory affairs, and project management.
- Facilitate rapid problem solving and decision making across multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, analysis reports, and compliance artifacts.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital engineering tools and processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in BWR fuel and safety engineering.
- Proficiency in thermal‑hydraulic analysis and related simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory frameworks and compliance.
- Demonstrated project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
