Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of a scalable data platform, driving architecture, automation, and best practices using Python, SQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to empower teams to build and scale AI‑powered workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a high‑throughput, fault‑tolerant data platform that supports real‑time analytics and AI workloads.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, mentoring developers and ensuring delivery of clean, maintainable code.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, manage Kubernetes clusters, and automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security best practices across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building large‑scale data platforms in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
