Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations, coordinating engineering, procurement, and field crews to deliver projects on schedule.
Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change orders, ensuring financial targets are met.
Implement and enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Lead project planning sessions, creating detailed schedules, resource allocations, and milestone tracking.
Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive construction supervision experience.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
