Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software engineering team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

- Implement Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, leveraging Git, Jenkins, and containerization.
- Ensure all software meets stringent safety, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams in regulated or safety‑critical environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and safety compliance is a plus.
