Software Engineer
Electrical engineer with multi‑disciplinary expertise to design, install, and maintain building systems, including power distribution, automation, and HVAC, while supporting project delivery for commercial real‑estate clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, commission, and maintain electrical and building automation systems for commercial properties.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and control systems to ensure reliable operation of HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
- Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with architects, contractors, and facilities teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Provide on‑site support during construction and post‑occupancy phases, including testing, commissioning, and defect resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of commercial building experience.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, building automation platforms, and HVAC control systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, power distribution, and low‑voltage systems.
- Experience creating and interpreting AutoCAD schematics and project documentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
