Engineering Services Manager - Public Sector Resourcing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engineering services, ensuring projects meet quality, time and budget targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to define requirements, scope and success metrics.
• Implement Agile frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, reviews and continuous improvement cycles.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Champion best practices in IT infrastructure management, including configuration, monitoring and incident response.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering service delivery or project management within a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience with IT infrastructure components such as servers, networking and cloud services is desirable.
