Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in electrical and electronics design, with a strong research background.
- Proven supervisory and project management skills in a manufacturing or R&D setting.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Fluency in English and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
