Lead the Cyber portfolio as Control Account Manager and Proposal Lead, driving cost, schedule, and technical health while shaping value‑stream processes and coordinating with tech leads and business units.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Control Account Manager for the ADP cyber program, overseeing budget, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Lead proposal development activities, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule alignment with customer requirements.
- Drive the monthly Business Rhythm, coordinating schedule updates, risk reviews, and performance metrics.
- Implement and refine Value Stream Team (VST) processes to improve proposal efficiency and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager, VAR work cells, and Estimate‑to‑Complete reviews to maintain accurate forecasting.
- Engage with technical leads, line‑of‑business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and align on program objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in cybersecurity or defense.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, schedule control, and proposal leadership.
- Strong knowledge of value‑stream and agile methodologies applied to large‑scale programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
