About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of security‑centric product baselines and digital signing initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning with engineering, security, and product teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans and managing expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, maintaining project health dashboards and escalation paths.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering project management experience in a fast‑paced, security‑focused environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects involving cryptographic services, trustworthy software, or hardware security.
- Strong Agile certification (PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent) and experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for security best practices and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
