As an Engineering Program Manager Level 3/4, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering programs from concept to delivery. You will drive innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to achieve program goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and business development, to ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and business development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize program requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report program progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful program execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering program management, with a strong background in technical leadership and program execution.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more areas, including engineering, systems integration, and program management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business objectives.
