Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the engineering practice strategy, aligning with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, building, and deploying cloud‑native applications on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Champion DevOps best practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in cloud architecture and DevOps.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and modern CI/CD tooling.
