About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the engineering project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic fit, ROI, and resource availability.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through design, permitting, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Create and manage detailed financial models, cost estimates, and performance metrics to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to align project goals with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Track and report portfolio health, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project management, preferably in commercial solar PV.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of U.S. permitting, interconnection, and utility regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
