About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for clinical engineering services, ensuring alignment with organisational medical device policies.
- Coordinate contract management activities, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring maintenance agreements with in‑house and third‑party providers.
- Collect, analyse, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
- Provide expert support on service documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data insights into operational decision‑making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device management and clinical engineering operations.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, assurance, and performance monitoring.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and governance best practices.
