About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project workflows.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering operations or project coordination within the construction or building products industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
