Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.
- Strong technical background in system architecture, software delivery, and code quality best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML integration or AI‑native product development.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
