About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for electric tugs and automation systems, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to define requirements, prioritize features, and align engineering roadmaps with business goals.
- Implement Agile practices, manage sprint planning, and track progress using modern project management tools.
- Drive cross‑functional communication, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in industrial or material handling environments.
- Strong background in electrical engineering, automation, and product development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
