Engineering Manager
Lead a 35‑person engineering team building AI‑powered voice agents for community association management, driving product strategy, architecture, and delivery using Python, LangChain, LLMs, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Voice Agents Platform, aligning product vision with AI and ML capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance services using Python, LangChain, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and model deployment.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python development and building applications with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
- Strong background in machine learning, large language models, and AI‑driven conversational systems.
- Proven experience designing and operating cloud‑native services on AWS, including serverless and containerized workloads.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
