About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and people leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute architectural roadmaps that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of core software platforms.
- Partner with product management and design to translate business goals into clear, actionable engineering plans and delivery timelines.
- Implement and champion Agile practices, ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery predictability.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring to guarantee high‑quality releases and operational excellence.
- Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and create development paths that grow technical expertise and leadership potential.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Strong background in designing and scaling cloud‑based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align engineering work with product strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive team environment.
