Key Responsibilities

- Drive the technical vision for a pet‑care marketplace, translating product strategy into scalable, high‑performance architecture on AWS.
- Implement Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining code quality and technical debt management.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps to accelerate release cycles and improve reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in a fast‑growth SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Strong background in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with hands‑on experience building scalable web services on AWS.
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams, hiring top talent, and building high‑performing remote teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building products that delight users and drive business impact.
