Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to build scalable HR, IT, and finance SaaS solutions, driving product strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement using AWS, Agile practices, and modern cloud‑native technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of new features and platform enhancements, ensuring high quality, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner with product, design, and operations to define technical vision, roadmap, and prioritization for HR, IT, and finance workflows.
- Architect and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, implementing best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance.
- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross‑team coordination.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building and scaling SaaS products in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with HR or enterprise software is a plus.
