About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on the Rider Growth product line, ensuring high‑quality, scalable code delivery.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to define growth metrics, experiment frameworks, and feature roadmaps.
- Architect and maintain cloud‑native services on AWS, optimizing for reliability, latency, and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Partner with safety and compliance teams to embed safety‑first practices into every release.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in autonomous or mobility platforms.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Hands‑on expertise in Python, cloud architecture (AWS), and data‑driven product development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Passion for safety, ethics, and the future of autonomous mobility.
