Engineering Manager
Lead a high‑performing engineering team to design, build, and scale SaaS solutions for health and wellness services, driving architecture decisions, cloud deployments, and best‑in‑class development practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team delivering cloud‑native SaaS products.
- Define and evolve system architecture, emphasizing microservices, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices on AWS.
- Ensure high code quality, performance standards, and security compliance across all services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python (or comparable backend language) and building microservice architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
