As a cornerstone of Airbnb’s Engineering Hub in Brazil , this team plays a key role in expanding our global platform capabilities while building a high-impact local engineering presence. You will join at a defining moment, helping to shape both the technical direction of the platform and the culture of the Brazil hub.
The Difference You Will Make:
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the vision and execution of Airbnb’s Full-Cycle Testing Platform. Your mission is to move beyond traditional testing silos by building a comprehensive suite of tools that support the entire development lifecycle—from "Shift-Left" early validation and unit testing to high-scale, distributed End-to-End (E2E) automation.
You will be a technical leader and a people leader, serving as a force multiplier for engineering teams across Airbnb’s global ecosystem. You will drive the transition to an AI-native quality model, ensuring that quality is intrinsic to every step of the developer journey.
