About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from concept through design, implementation, and post‑deployment support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and translate technical solutions into tangible value.
- Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and metrics tracking to drive process improvement.
- Drive technical architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions across the energy sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
