Senior engineering leader responsible for managing transformer repair and remanufacture programs, driving project delivery, ensuring safety and reliability, and guiding multidisciplinary teams in a high‑performance power services environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of engineers and technicians focused on transformer repair, refurbishment, and remanufacture projects.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet customer commitments and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety, reliability, and regulatory standards throughout all phases of work.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data‑driven analysis to enhance process efficiency and product performance.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply‑chain partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in power transformer design, repair, or remanufacture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of safety, reliability, and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC).
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and servant‑leadership skills.
