Lead a small, high‑impact team building a secure, cloud‑native payment and document workflow platform, driving platform reliability, AI‑enabled features, and modern DevOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on platform scalability, security, and AI‑driven capabilities.
- Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of cloud‑native services on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, micro‑services, and serverless patterns.
- Drive the development and productionization of machine‑learning models that enhance payment routing, fraud detection, and document processing.
- Establish and enforce CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability standards to ensure high availability and rapid delivery.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance stakeholders to align technical solutions with regulatory requirements and business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python and Java.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams building cloud‑native platforms on AWS, including Kubernetes orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning workflows and ability to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑moving, compliance‑focused environment.
